At Khamishop, we are committed to delivering your order on time and securely. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Khamishop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

A. Shipping Timeframes & Costs

United States

  • Handling Time: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit Time: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00)

  • Shipping Fee: $7.95

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia

  • Handling Time: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit Time: 10–15 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Shipping Fee: $9.95

Note: Total delivery time = Handling time + Transit time.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.


B. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable logistics providers, including YunExpress, Yanwen, and China Post.

  • U.S. Orders: Final delivery is handled by USPS.

  • Canada, UK, Australia: Final delivery is handled by Canada Post, Royal Mail, or Australia Post.

Tracking numbers will show updates from both international and local carriers.


C. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing [email protected].

  • After this window or once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation. If you no longer want the item, you may initiate a return (if eligible) after delivery.


D. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  1. Review the tracking link sent to your email.

  2. Contact the relevant carrier for delivery details.

  3. Still unresolved? Contact [email protected] for assistance.

If tracking is inactive for 5+ business days, let us know and we’ll follow up with the carrier.


E. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Peak-season volumes (e.g., holidays)

  • Customs or carrier issues

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us for assistance.


F. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged During Transit

  • Reject delivery if the package is visibly damaged.

  • Otherwise, contact [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.

Tracking Says “Delivered” but You Didn’t Receive It

  1. Wait 24 hours.

  2. Ask neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact the carrier.

  4. Still not found? Contact us and we will help file a claim.


G. Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders to Canada, the UK, and Australia may incur import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are:

  • Determined by your local customs office

  • Not included in our pricing

  • Non-refundable if you reject the delivery

We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering.


H. Remote Area Shipping

For rural or remote addresses, delivery may take an extra 3–5 business days.
If you are unsure whether your area qualifies, contact your local postal service for clarification.


I. Restricted Shipping Areas

We do not currently ship to certain countries or regions due to logistics or legal restrictions.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to fulfill your order.


J. Signature on Delivery

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
If you are unavailable, please contact your local carrier to schedule redelivery.


K. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we may:

  • Charge an additional shipping fee for reshipment, or

  • Only refund the product cost (shipping fee is non-refundable).


L. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in our logistics partners or service terms.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
